You must enter the correct delivery address and delivery instructions at the time of your order. If you enter the incorrect address Fred and Hilda is not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our own expense.

PAYMENT
Fred and Hilda will only accept payment for products Via Visa, Master card, Pay pal and Direct bank transfer.
SHIPPING
Fred and Hilda ships Australia wide only.
Orders are usually shipped 24 hours of receiving cleared funds for your order unless placed during a busy period or sale.
We can not guarantee delivery times, however you should receive your delivery within 2-5 business days.
Australia post E-Parcel does not include insurance. Please contact us if you require insurance so we can discuss options and any additional costs.
CANCELLATION ORDERS
Fred and Hilda may cancel your order if for any reason we are unable to provide you with the products subject to your order. We will contact you should this occur.
You will not be entitled to claim any additional amounts or seek compensation for any loss, expenses or damage (either direct or consequential) or for any loss of time or inconvenience, which may result from such cancellation.
